Could this be the most beautiful individual aloe flower? Looking at the curled petals with white and pink candy stripes on a ‘Maggie’s Magic’ flower, this could certainly be the case. The flower apex is quite open and the tips of the outer petals curl back gracefully.

The small plant has greenish-grey leaves lined with small but sharp spines and does not often have stem shoots. It can flower any time from late summer up to late winter. It is a pot plant that requires a little extra water if planted out in the rockery, as with most of the smaller cultivars. More sun = better flower colour.
