True to its name, thismedium sized aloe can open its first tall, golden yellow flowers just after mid-summer when everything is still lush and green.  'First Gold' will then delight its owner by following the first inflorescence with up to 6 more.  This translates to yellow flowers after 6 months or more.  Leaves are long with pale markings, and a stem will develop with age.  Open are planting is recommended for this hybrid.
